Junior Lifeguarding Camp
The American Red Cross Junior Lifeguarding program is a fast-paced, five-day course designed to prepare adolescents (ages 11–14) for future lifeguard training. Serving as a bridge between Learn-to-Swim and full Lifeguarding certification, this program helps build essential skills, knowledge, and confidence for aspiring lifeguards.
Participants will focus on:

Enhancing swimming skills and building endurance

Recognizing distressed swimmers and potential victims
 - 
	
Learning the basics of First Aid, CPR, and AED
 - 
	
Practicing water rescue skills in a safe, supervised environment
 
Prerequisite: Participants must be proficient swimmers and comfortable in deep water.
